  • Yes. In-person screening tickets available to purchase online and at screening venues.

  • Accounts make it easy to add tickets and access tickets anytime from your phone.

  • If you don’t want to create an account, you can always buy a ticket at the festival venue if tickets have not sold out.

  • No. You can purchase tickets to films at our box office setup at the festival venues.

  • ALL policies and festival plans are subject to change. Indie Memphis abides by the COVID-19 policies of its venue partners and Shelby County Health Department. While COVID-19 vaccines and masking are not required at participating festival venues, we STRONGLY encourage masking while indoors.

  • At the Main Box Office location/times listed above.

  • Wear it. A pass provides you access to the hospitality rooftop, perks, and that special feeling that comes with being a supporter of the festival. If you have a VIP pass, you get priority seating 10-20 minutes before the show.

  • Visit the Main Festival Box Office.

  • Just buy a ticket and arrive with ample time for seating.

  • Passholders must also reserve a ticket for any film they want in advance. Log on to your Indie Memphis passholder account and select the films you want to see. It will show $0 to select 1 film ticket per pass in your account.

  • You’ll be given the option in the “Order Tickets” button.

  • VIP passholders are seated 20 minutes before showtime; festival passholders and single ticket holders are seated 10 minutes before showtime.

  • If you want to see a film that’s sold out, come to the venue. Seats that are empty at showtime will be sold to people in the Last Minute Line. Arrive 1 hour before the film to get a number for the Last Minute Line. Passholders in the Last Minute Line will not be charged.

  • Yes, you can up to 1 hour before the showtime. Log in to your account, select the tickets icon in the top right corner, and select the settings wheel to the right of your ticket for the “cancel” option. Then select your new ticket from the schedule or film guide.

  • For 2023, VIP and festival passholders can unwind on the roof of Playhouse on the Square! Take in the views of Overton Square and hang out in between screenings by accessing the rooftop from the main elevator in the theater lobby. Drinks are complimentary for VIP passholders, while festival passholders will need to purchase a drink in the Playhouse lobby. Hours are as follows:
